Windows Windows build fails

I bought the Desktop license and now I'm having trouble building an executable for my game. When I try to build I get the following error:
"Packages can not be built for the selected platform"

I'm seeing anywhere to actually select the platform. Is there something I'm missing?

So I fixed that up, but now I'm getting a compile error:
"Visual Studio install not found, check your Preferences."

So I did check my preferences and they point to a valid Visual Studio 14.0 directory. Any ideas?
