I'd say "Made With Gamemaker"... demos are complete, they just aren't as complete as the full version they promote. Or to put it in a less punny way, demos are finished games; they aren't complete since they lack levels or such, but they're finished.

If the game is complete, then it's certainly one for the Completed Games forum. However, you can post in the WIP if you want... especially if you think you are wanting to update, or if there are details about the game you really want people to give you feedback on. Completed games generally get more "Great game" comments, while the WIP forum generally gets comments that are more in depth and helpful...
