Question - IDE what's the difference betweeen this 2 pages?

what's the difference between these pages?

The first one are the stable IDE release notes that's for sure, but then is the second page that I guess is for the beta IDE release notes but there already is a page dedicated to that:

so I am confused as what's the diference between the first and second page

I'm making some assumptions here based on what I can see.
This one seems to be for the current stable release (as it is for 2.2.1.375): https://gms.yoyogames.com/ReleaseNotes.html
This one seems to be for the current beta release (as it is for 2.2.2.406): https://gms.yoyogames.com/ReleaseNotes-Beta.html
This one might be for the next stable build release (as it is for 2.2.2.407): http://gms.yoyogames.com/ReleaseNotes-I.html

I'm taking a guess with that last one, as the only difference I can see is that the build is 407 and the latest beta is 406. So maybe the "-I" in the url is to indicate "Internal" as YYG build up the new stable release?
