What fonts are multi-language?

Hi. I want to have my game translated to some languages:
- Spanish
- French
- German
- Italian
- Portuguese
And I may add localization for chinese, but that is other history.
I have all the text written in a ini file but, when special characters appear like á, à... those letters are not written in the game. What font should I use? How do I know the number of characters they support?

You can go to the Google Fonts.

In the right tab you can specify a lot of font properties including language.

When you're on Windows hit Windows-Button+R and run "charmap". This tool lets you view all the characters of any installed font.
