    If I'm not mistaken, "too many manifolds in collision" means that there are a few too many overlapping objects at one spot. Try doing
    Code:
    draw_set_alpha(0.6);
    draw_set_color(c_white);
    physics_draw_debug();
    And see if any particular region of room is particularly overcrowded (shape overlaps or multiple shapes at exact same spot hinted by brighter outline)

    Sorry I'm really new. Should I make a new object to put that code in?

    Never-mind I figured it out. I do have my walls overlapping so that my guy does not dash through the walls. Is it a real bad problem to have collisions?

    Collisions are not bad, but is there a particular reason that you are doing a collision check between wall and wall?
