Question - IDE "Watches" section in debugger is missing some windows

This is probably a really silly issue but I can't seem to solve it. While using the debugger I accidentally clicked on "close all by this" option. I managed to get back most of the windows, however there's a few such as "all instances" and "variables" that I can't seem to get back.
I've tried restarting, resetting the layout, and going through the "Windows" menu, but it just won't work and I'm unable to see the instances details the way I was able to before all this started.
I'm very new to gm2 and I'm sure I'm missing something so will appreciate help I cant get to help solve this xD.
Updated to include a new screenshot that shows I'm using the debugger yet no windows.
