    Hi,

A user purchased an app from me on play store on the 21st november
    today is 24th november

they said the app was problematic, they did not ask for any help or support using the app just emailed now asking for refund.

Do I have to give it, should i give it. Should all refunds not be handled by Google or Google Wallet seeing that they are the payment processor and publishers pay them fees to handle the transactions?

    Please advise

    From https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637#apps
It's up to you since it has been more than 48 hours. For information on issuing refunds, go here https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/2741495?hl=en

I'm not sure that's the best place to put that information. But I don't know where honestly.
