Question - IDE Update existing package - (500) Internal Server Error

I've tried many times to update my asset,
- to use Versions-"Upload Version" function,
- to change my network with vpn(other country),
- to make other asset,
- and to reinstall GMS2.
Nothing worked for me. I also send the request about this problem. But they couldn't help me.
What should I do? Now should I format my window?
