Windows Uninstallation fails, saying that the program is still running.

I am trying to uninstall GameMaker, but states that "GameMakerStudio.exe is running. Please close it first."

It isn't. I've tried deleting the folder manually, but upon trying to reinstall the program, it detects that it is still installed.

Please check whether the process properly closed. Open task manager, Details tab - do you see any process named GameMakerStudio.exe? If so, end it.
