Mac OSX Unable to login

I have a school issued account in which I only know the username and password. I've been using that to log into game maker to work on my game every single time apart from yesterday. With the change forcing you to update your profile I couldn't log in. (probably because it's a dummy account) So I went to try to log and it came back and said "Unable to log in" rather than "incorrect password".
