Windows Unable to access the runtime feed...

When I launch GMS2, the program loads but I immediately get a window that says:

"Unable to access the runtime feed and no local Runtime installed. Please check your internet connection and start Game Maker Studio 2 again."

I have tried manually installing the runtime per the instructions on the site, and performing a clean install, still get the same error. All my firewalls and virus software are disabled.

FYI I was able to get around this by installing GMS2 on a different computer, and copying the ProgramData/GMS2/Cache/runtimes folder over to the problem computer.

Not ideal but no other way to fix that I could see.
