I'm not sure what you're expecting from a community tech support forum which, if OS usage statistics are anything to go by, will only have a handful of users that even use Mac OS, let alone have experience with this particular problem... :)

If you require technical assistance and other users are evidently unable to help you, contact support.

Just a note incase you take your programming experience passed Gamemaker: The old addage that "You either have a mac, or you have a PC" is an old marketing scheme that really means nothing. A mac is a PC and saying PC doesn't tell anyone about your specs. Even saying "It doesn't work on Mac" doesn't really tell anyone a whole lot to help you. What version of Mac OS are you running? What version of GMS2 are you running? Are your drivers up to date? How did you install the version of GMS you're using on Mac? Thankfully, you did post screen shots which seem to, as you also guessed, point to the UI files.

Clarification on what PC means as far as computing:
Any computer system designed for Personal use - hence Personal Computer.

Clarifiaction on the possible meaning of these errors: As is stated in the error, some operating systems do not support filenames starting with anything other than a letter. According to: https://kb.acronis.com/content/39790 Mac OS X is not one of these OSs, although a newer update may have unintentionally broke something. A quick search indicates that there are more steps for setting up Gamemaker Studio 2 on a Mac: https://help.yoyogames.com/hc/en-us/articles/235186128-Setting-Up-For-macOS namely the necessity to install Xcode.
