Windows Tile set Draw Issue?

Currently having an issue with game maker involving tilesets and views.

I was using the standard view follow obj in the room settings but wanted to use something i could manipulate easier. Changed the view follow commands to the step event and now I get strange artifacts between the tiles as I move around. Is this corruption? Game maker glitch?

With so little information provided, it would be really difficult to help precisely. But I guess I know what might be causing this:

If that's not what had been causing the visual artifacts, you'd want to clear the asset cache by using the little green broom icon in the IDE before compiling. If that doesn't help either, please post the relevant details.
