Beforehand: the text below is not edited nor is well written. It can be perceived as chaotic->somewhat in order progression from start to finish.

Recently my experience showed me somthing about the known effect of stress, called procrastination, and a healthy non computer life of respecting the cycle of sleeping, eating, using the energy when its there.
Over my period of programming and game development in general, i have been in the situation where i have the feeling of tiredness, yet i give it no attention becouse what is under my attention, shows no progress or exhaustion. and it creates this never ending push to work, but in the same time the body`s feeling of tiredness has transformed into bitterness.
My recent experience. I have stayed on the PC every day all day and have work to do but im under pressure becouse i havent gotten a normal brake, nor have a natural cycle anymore. So i want to play a game, to satisfy an itch, but no game satisfies my need judging from playng the game or its theme/cover. In reality what is happening is im changing one urge for another. Then the other day, i took a walk and was a part of the natural order again and when back there was no urge nor anything and i culd enjoy games that i ignored becouse they wuldnt satisfy me.

Overall, if you stay on the pc long enough to lose awareness of your natural being, all kind of superficial feelings arise which are like substitute to your natural needs and a simple normal rest, rest being spending natural and ordinary time, eat when its time, sleep when its time, socialise with people in an ordinary manner, not becouse of some reason, work what is needed aroound you. Overall your bringing your awareness back at home.

In conclusion a man`s computer culture shuld consist of traditions which respect the natural order of your being or you wuld fall in a self damaging situation, which is a consiquence of your lack of awareness. From my experience sitting on your pc with a lack of awareness creates the soothing feeling of entering another world. A good way to sit on your pc wuld be while being in your natural order. your natural needs are essentially the reason for any feelings that may arise in you, which arise when lacking awareness, otherwise its just needs of your body, sleep, food, work, sex.
You can take into account any information that you perceive from the internet, but all has to be with respect to your body. An unnatural care of your body wuld create deranged and unadequate thoughts of the matter. And a man`s is just his reaction towards reality.

You can exercise a simple experiment. Which is easy if you are in cold weather.
When you go to sleep, lay down in a room that is uncomfortably cold for you, but not so cold that it wuld make you ill. and observe what thoughts arise in you during that time. Write them down in the morning if you have to. Then after 3 days, after the traumatic experience fades away completely, or maybe 2 days. Sleep in a room with temperature so warm that its unreal, its so intune with your body you almost cant feel it. And the effect of the temperature being you can lay down in such careless and trusting comfort. you will have much more positive thoughts, and you will be infact be able to sleep and in the morning you will feel ready for your future in that day.

What a culture is from my perspective, is traditions respecting the natural order, and supporting your work, which is your life essentially. Lacking culture is not productive atall. But as culture i dont say an alredy established one, a culture where a man`s job is working on a construction site wont be very adequate to a culture where a man programs, draws, is creative. Knowing how alien game development is in today`s life, you are on your own, creating the culture. I personally dont appreciate what is considered PC or gaming culture today. People ignoring theyr needs, role playing on the internet, substituting theyr real life needs for superficial and 2nd hand activities like playng games, playng games as a substitute is ugly, playng games and being your own self is beutifle. I remember one papa or someone in relligion said that, the sinful person cannot appreciate art. I think devs procrastinating and gamers role playing pretty much make that statement true. A burdened person doesnt have the emotional intelligence and outburst that they wuld normally have, to make justice for what a game`s art can offer. A game can be as beutifle as a mona lisa is for some artsy people, but there has to be a vibrant being observing it to appreciate it in all its glory.
