Free Text Input Engine

Hi!
I'm working on a Text Input (thing) for GameMaker: Studio 1.4.
Right now it's in a very early state, there are still a lot of things that need to be added.

Hmm, it does seem interesting. I'm guessing you're using keyboard_string to get accurate and fast string manipulation via keyboard input. So, what are your plans for this Text Input Engine? What makes it different from another text input engine? I ask these because I actually have a text input engine that I plan on making a tutorial for (so people can learn how to do accurate text input), and it seems yours has potential.
