Windows Suddenly all sprite collisions masks messed up

The collision masks on 99% of my sprites have always been set to automatic, which used the full image (game is tile based). Now suddenly all sprites are no longer using the full image. Not a huge deal, I can change them back... but... what the??? This just happened out of the blue. I went back to a previous build and they were all using full image.... I can pinpoint it to roughly around the time I upgraded to the latest IDE and runtime GMS2.0
