Strange Alarm behaviour in Begin Step [SOLVED]

Hi GM folks. I notice a strange behaviour of built in alarm system. When i set alarm[0] = 1 in Begin Step event alarm won't work, if set alarm[0] = 2 - works. In normal Step or End Step events everything works how it should. And I whant to ask is it normal behaviour or some kind of bug and I need to start write bug report? :rolleyes:

Done proper testing befor bug report and findout that problem was in window_center() function. Alarm triggered as should, everything OK with that. For the function i'll leave the alarm to wait for 2 frames, thats fine for me.
