Windows Steam GMS Wont load .?

Im trying to load GMS on my Steam and its just not loading ..
Its saying 'Running' .. but thats about it ..
Ive tried changing it to a differant 'Version' in BETAS .. but nothing is loading
Any ideas .. ?
Only thing ive not done is uninstall it, .. which seems to be the only thing left to do ..
