GMS 2 Sprite masks [SOLVED]

I've been messing around with blendmodes and image manipulation on GMS
And I'm trying to create a simple system that makes the part of an overlaying object to be transparent.
Here's a rough sketch of what I want

I've tried to use blendmodes and "gpu_set_colorwriteenable"
but I can't seem to come up with anything that works

Any help would be appreciated
