@Hopelessjay: You've gotta be a bit more specific for people to help you; there are a million ways to approach anything in programming, including sliders. What part in particular were you having trouble with? What have you done so far? Etc. Post any code you've tried and any ideas you've had!
If you're TOTALLY lost, then you should go through the tutorials that come with GM and skim the manual to get your bearings.
