I am working on a platformer and need help implementing a slope feature similar to 2D sonic games. The player should have the ability to travel up/down slopes in 360 degrees as long as speed is fast enough, and that speed and direction are maintained. One key hurdle is the fact that the player's main collision is done so be drawing rectangles on all four sides, and that "mask" can increase and decrease during gameplay.
