Windows [SOLVED] Weird compile message when starting GM S

Hello, I'm using Gamemaker Studio EA v1.99.493, I have a weird message that appears in the compile window every time I start the program, here's the message:

cmd /c ""C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0\VC\vcvarsall.bat" x86_amd64 && set ExtensionSdkDir"

\Microsoft was unexpected at this time.
cmd /c ""C:\WINDOWS\SysNative\certutil.exe"

CertUtil: -dump command completed successfully.

Is this normal or is it some kind of bug with Visual Studio or my computer? I notice there are double quotes before C:\, could there be an error in the file location pointer shortcut? Or is this a normal thing that I shouldn't worry about?

Soooo I found some information on the following 2 websites,

http://www.blinnov.com/en/2010/06/04/microsoft-was-unexpected-at-this-time/
and
http://weblogs.sqlteam.com/mladenp/...dio-2008-install-bug-that-can-break-your.aspx

but I don't want to mess up my computer trying these sugestions, anyone here know anything about this bug in visual studio 11's (2013) vcvars32.bat file??? I'm running windows 10, it's located in the folder program files (x86)\ microsoft visual studio 11\ vc\ bin
I just don't want to mess with it if it doesn't need to be messed with!

Note: I tried them anyway and it did not work
