Before I reinstalled Win10 on my laptop there were no lines

In the old Win10 the lines showed up when I set display_reset higher than 0 but only on d3d models
Now the same lines are showing up on all textures even when display_reset is 0

I didn't make any code changes. I really just opened the old project

It was caused by outdated graphics driver

Send the game to a friend, if they do not see the bug, then your hardware is to blame.

I figured it out 4 days ago but forgot to change the title. I downloaded "AMD Driver Auto-Detect Tool" and then it worked
