Graphics [SOLVED](raster)sprites looks blurry in fullscreen

In windowed mode it looks fine

But in fullscreen it looks blurry

I know that if you are using pixel art this can be fixed unmarking "interpolate colors between pixels" but with raster graphics it looks weird.

In case its neccesary:

the sprite size: 96x150

the port: 640x480

the view: 1024x768

You seem to have the graphical interpolation on. This can be turned off in the graphic tab of your target's global settings.
Also, you are downscaling your graphics there, which will inevitably result in loss of quality (you're asking GameMaker to make 1024 pixels in 640 there. The engine needs to get rid of some by an algorithm and use interpolation to hide the damage).
If you want a resolution of 640x480 and crystal clear on any set, start by having both your view and port the same size.
