Windows [SOLVED] Project directory modifed constantly popping

Hi guys, I'm working on a project for some time now. And since yesterday game maker keeps on popping this window, no matter what I click, save or reload, it pops again as soon as I touch anything.
It's basicly impossible to move the mouse without it popping.
I tried exporting and importing my project but that did not help, I also created a new project to see if something went wrong with the current one, but it's still there.
Help :)

Problem solved, in case someone faces this problem someday just follow these steps : File > Settings > General Settings > Power Saving > set laptop file watcher frequency to -1
