Question - Account [SOLVED] accounts.yoyogames.com very slow, CAN'T SHOP Marketplace either then..(basket)

This is a feedback from me for YoYo web team especially for the marketplace and account websites.

Today i want to do some shoppings on YoYo marketplace but it seems the purchasing basket there wasn't working smoothly and i failed to buy something.

I TRIED it multiple times, more than 20x times +++
AND
i wasted my time for about 2 hours +++
AND
I bought nothing because it didn't let me.

It seems YoYo marketplace doesn't want my money or what?

My internet is 4G LTE and is working well for other websites and also parts of YoYo websites. e.g. I can open my PayPal website (i open the session so that it can sync faster when i checkout on the yoyo marketplace later). The PayPal website is opened in 1-2 seconds. While the basket page of the yoyo marketplace was loading for minutes and no result, 99% failed. if success then just hang.

And the "culprit" of the URL website which i am always getting SLOW RESPONSES from
either Firefox / Chrome / or even Edge browser

is.............

any URLs with "https://accounts.yoyogames.com" and also the homepage of yoyogames.

for example:

https://www.yoyogames.com
https://accounts.yoyogames.com
https://accounts.yoyogames.com/basket


AND the urls that are always "stuck" are with the following texts on the bottom of my web browsers:

.....waiting for https://accounts.yoyogames.com
......transferring data from https://accounts.yoyogames.com
.......loading m.stripe.network


ON and ON.......

So my internet is okay
i can open some of the urls of the yoyo website, okay too

but in some of URLs it failed to open, and if it was successful it is so slooowwwww

WHAT is funny is this https://forum.yoyogames.com is FAST
and the marketplace.yoyogames.com is also FAST too!


The slowest and not responding ones are always the URL with "https://accounts.yoyogames.com"

I CAN'T even "REPORT A BUG" because the url is also with "https://accounts.yoyogames.com" that is https://accounts.yoyogames.com/report-bug

so i wrote it here. Fortunately the topic is related to marketplace.

For mods, please send this feedback to the YoYo web team to improve the web service related to account and basket of the mp.

Additional info, might be related,

If i want to use my GMS2, the login is sometimes successful , sometimes failed.

I usually open the About window inside the GMS2 IDE, and check the "status", sometimes it is "Offline", and sometimes it is "Online".

So it seems the "https://accounts.yoyogames.com" as i wrote in previous post has a connectivity problem? Slow or busy or not responding server?

Please improve the service. Thanks in advance.

UPDATE:

Today i just tried again, and in the first attempt: i successfully did my shopping on the marketplace. :)

It looks like the server is responding well today. ;)
The purchasing basket for multiple purchases was working well too :banana:

and the mentioned url links on the previous posts are already FAST. :cool:
