Hi!
I'm making a research for options of light for my 3d game.
I'm thinking about two ways. Real and fake lights.
The real lights could be achieved using those lighting functions, I guess. I find it a little confusing to work with it. I've placed a block and a floor. The block seemed to be nicely enlighted but the floor didn't.
Is there any good tutorial to get used to it?
The fake lights... I understand them as not-pure-dark-environment and layers of fake light with disabled lighting. For example, a half transparent yellow circle under a street lamp.
Do you have any own suggestion?
What would you choose?
Do you have any know-how how to manage it properly?
Thank you for your help.
