iOS Shaders on iOS.?

Hey!
Just made a simple shader effect when ive killed the boss (the screen wobbles!) , But ive just tried it out on my iPhone and the screen goes blank, cant u do shaders on ios.?

Yes you can, but you need to make sure it's compiled - mobile GPUs can't run everything a desktop GPU can.

Yeah, Its compiled.. its on my phone! I think its a prob with the screen sizes.. Im looking into it, But thanks for the Reply/Help ..!

Just because it's on the phone, doesn't mean the shader has compiled. You need to use shader_is_compiled() to check. We don't compile until the last possible moment, this is so that if it can't handle your shader, you can fall back to some other (slower, or less sexy) way of doing things.

Sorry, When u said Compiled, i assumed u meant the Game has to be compiled .. Thanks for helping!
