Question - GML Visual Settings.json compiler error with 2.2.5

I've been having a problem trying to do the Space Rocks tutorial in DnD. I've been trying to play test it but the compiler says it can't find the Settings.json. Would I need to create the file myself? Because it doesn't seem to want to make it when creating the project.
