sequence editor sprite movement in decimals

Hi, is there a way to change the metrics in the sequence editor ? To move the position in 0.1 values ?
the mouse movement and keyboard movement of the sprites are set to 1 pixel.
The only way to move the sprites in 0.1 values is throw the inspector, ( not the arrows, but by inserting the values manual )

P.S. the rotation values are working they move in 0.4323 values
