Question - IDE Script Editor Default Comments

Is there a way to remove the first two lines that automatically come with the creation of a script? There has to be I'm sure, its rather annoying

You could attempt to edit "C:\Program Files\GameMaker Studio 2\Languages\english.csv"

At line 2368:

It seems like it is prepared to appear in the preference panel but I have not been able to find it.
