SOLVED Screen suddenly shrinks when game restarts or room switches?

My game is supposed to be in a 16:9 aspect ratio and 1920 by 1080 screen, but everytime I use the game_restart() function or switch to another room, my screen suddenly shrinks to the top left corner of my screen. Why is this and how can I fix this? Btw, I'm using pixelated pope's method for the camera. And when my game launches the setting is set to fullscreen.

UPDATE: The problem is resolved. For all those who have the same problem, remember to go to your graphic settings and allow window resize, start fullscreen, fullscreen switching and full scale.
