Screen Melding with waterfall background sprite SOLVED

The screen keeps previous frames that have been drawn without clearing them, and when I get rid of the waterfall it's fixed but I still need the waterfall. I've already tried stretching it to fit the frame but that didn't work.upload_2019-12-1_15-55-31.png

The ghosting occurs when there is no background image to refresh, or wipe out, the previous steps draw event. Add a background below everything so something gets drawn.
