Saving txt files to a specific folder

Is there a way to save a text file to a folder you create.

For ex: let's say I want to save a text file within a folder I created that is within the the folder of my main project.

I can't seem to save the text file there. It always goes to the default location.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading.

Make sure you have the snadbox disabled. Not that it makes very much difference if you do, since there's currently a bug with saving outside the sandbox right now. Please file a bug report to help move things along faster.
