RPG MAKER fading

hello.
I want to create a Fade like RPG MAKER Fade so i don't know how i'll do this and i need some help
(i'm using Game Maker studio 1.4)

There is a marketplace asset that seems to do what you're looking for. A blend of the room is one of the 5 transitions included in it.

That's what I said when I bought it...I was originally going to just make my own but that one has basically all the ones I wanted anyway, and you can expand it as well if you want to create your own.
