It's a odd feeling, being able to download something from a website that doesn't exist anymore. A bit of a challenge to navigate through the bit's and pieces of an only partially archived database but it's actually possible to still download games from sandbox.yoyogames. It's already been mentioned that you can use the Way Back Machine to achieve this. The point of my visit back in time was to try and find the games I uploaded in 2009. Only my old game F-Zero Breakwave was in the archive but the download page wasn't there, just the game preview page. Before that one existed I had two or three games that I removed from the site and shortly thereafter my hard drive died. That was the last hope for ever playing Capital Wound or Chief Madness again 
Of course, while I was there I snagged a few other ones for old time sake. I'm In the process of making a playthrough video of Endless RPG by Arcanus on Youtube if anyone remembers that game or is interested in checking out my video, here is the link!
Some of these games deserve to be known of!
I learned a lot of tricks for finding things on there and telling whether or not it is possible to download if anyone wonders about their long lost games I am willing to work my way through the broken site as if it was a poorly made doom clone and get back to you. If your game had less than 100 plays it probably is not backed up, though the pages that are seem to be random so you never know. Not all of the cool games made it into the yearly featured made with Game Maker showreel videos!
