In my debug section I started to see following string:
Resizing swap chain...(0): ov_open_callbacks error -132

What does this mean? There is nothing in manual about it. How can I fix this?

ov stands for Ogg Vorbis, so I'd guess your issue is related to audio playback. But beyond that... who knows?
