How do you extend the size of rooms on GM 8 (GameMaker 8) Lite? Is it only on the Pro version?

Maybe... I haven't used Lite in however many years it's been since GM8 came out.

I don't have access to GM Studio right now, and I can't install GM Studio on a computer because I'm on a managed Windows 8.1 desktop.
Let me know when anybody remembers or figures it out. Thanks for replying!

Double click the room, click on the settings tab(there should be like, 6 tabs), there should be 2 boxes there, for width and height. Just type in whatever you want. 
If you need more space -x or -y, use the move all objects button in the objects tab.
I'm going to second the recommendation to get studio. Convince whoever you have to, it's only 1$ on Humble Bundle right now and will make everything much easier.
