Graphics Question regarding skins and .dll files...

So I've been having fun customizing Gamemaker, and I've found a skin I really like, however, it's just a .skn file, so all of the icons and everything else are the orange, as per the default. What I was wondering is if anyone knew either A) where the GMGreen.dll file or wherever the green icons are stored, or B) how to change the default skin from GMHTML5 to GMGreen.

1. Save the skin file to your %localappdata%\GameMaker-Studio\skins folder.
   You can also locate this folder by going to Help >> Open GameMaker in Explorer, and entering skins folder.
   
2. Load GameMaker: Studio, navigate to File > Preferences.
   
3. Make sure the "Use a skin" checkbox is selected, and choose your desired skin.
   
4. Restart GameMaker: Studio.
