QoL: Remember grid size in sprite and room editors

When you close the an image or room after you are done working on it for now, GMS2 should remember the grid size of that image or room. It's really annoying when you open an image for a tileset, and the grid resets to 16x16 every time you open it when the tileset is obviously not 16x16.

For example, if you're working on an image for a 30x30 tileset, and another for a 8x8 tileset, and you set the grid sizes to 30x30 and 8x8 respectively, GMS2 should remember the grid sizes for each of those images after closing them, so when they are opened later, the grid sizes will still be 30x30 and 8x8, rather than reverting to 16x16.
