Hi,
I purchased this item from Marketplace with PayPal. PayPal confirmed the purchse and sent me the receipt. Then i check my purchases list and it's not there whilst it should have been there instantly. I refreshed the list several times but it's still nowhere to be found. I tried to purchase the item again and got an error said that the item may have been paid for.
Any idea what went wrong? I submited a ticket to the Helpdesk but so far no respond. If i don't see the item within the next 3 days i'll have to request a chargeback.
