Hello!
I own a copy of gms 1.4 and I'd like to know if PS Vita export module exists.

There was a PS Vita export for 1.4, but you cannot get any additional exports if you haven't got them already. So if you don't already own the Vita export then there is no way to get it as GMS 1.4 is no longer supported.
