Legacy GM Problem with shadows...

Hello, I'm trying to create nice lightning effects in my game. For that, I'm using:
Light and Shadows V2 (http://gmc.yoyogames.com/index.php?showtopic=686700).

But I can't realize how to create dynamic shadows with it, especially - how to rotate caster shadow. I attached link to GIF below (to show what I have now).
