Problem with ports HTML and Windows. Please!

Hi. I've been in game maker for about 200 hours and I'm starting to like the results I can get. The subject of portages has me tremendously lost. I make a game and when I want to port it to HTML it breaks completely. What exactly am I missing? because the code works fine!

I have both licenses purchased.
