Problem with creating application (exporting project)

I did everything from YouTube video but i'm getting this error and application can't be built.
Anyone that know how to fix it?

What version of GMS?
What version of NDK and JDK?
How old was the YT video?
Can you compile a fresh empty room project?

The YouTube video has to be outdated if it still involves API 9 or 13, and the version of GMS has to be old and likely pirated to still be using Ant.

What version of 1.4?
If you get the same error with an empty room then you can't compile, if you could then it would run without any errors.
