GameMaker Problem trying to upgrade my Game Maker Studio for the discount

Hey, so I bought GameMaker: Studio Professional on Steam a while back. I want to upgrade to 2, and I want the 40% discount being offered through the 9'th. I created an account on the yoyogames website, and linked my steam account there. It recognizes that I have GameMaker: Studio Professional on steam, but does not offer me the discount. I tried buying Studio 2 through steam as well, no discount there either. How do I go about this? No FAQ's on their website talk about my problem :/
