Possible Issues with Export Compliance?

I'm trying to publish my first app on the Google Play Store, but to do so I have to "acknowledge that my software application may be subject to United States export laws," "agree that I have complied with all such laws, including any requirements for software with encryption functions," and "certify that my application is authorized for export from the United States under these laws."

From what I've read, I don't think there would be a problem (otherwise, most GameMaker games would have a problem), but I just want to confirm that there isn't some specific way I could use the tools in GameMaker to make a game which would violate the export compliance laws. Getting into legal trouble would not be good.

This might be relevant to the second quote, and hopefully human-readable enough.

Also found an EDU site and a GOV site that seemed relevant, might be worth checking those out as well.

I'd pretty much say that most terms of service like this are just legal fluff that are required because of tradition and that it's pretty much impossible to unintentionally break those laws, thus there being no reason to worry... but I'm no expert, so don't take this as legal advice; you have been warned.
