Particles and FPS [SOLVED]

I found good thing to create particles in marketplace. It's working, i make 2 different particles: moving sparks and fog. But when i add them to my room, i think my FPS become unstable, because ship's speed sometimes changes (he has a smooth movement without particles). I need to make FPS meter, but I see lags without it.
How to optimise that particles?

2-3 screen: create and step of sparks, 4-5: create and step of fog.

Can you determine if it is individually the sparks, the dust, or the stars that are causing the problem?
It's "fog" effect. I think I solved the problem, there were just too many particles. Now I have studied this program, and I think there will be no more lags.
