Job Offer - Artist [PAID] Need animations for enemy monster quickly[POSITION TAKEN]

    Hello, I'm working on Battle Network inspired game and I need animations done for an enemy within a reasonable amount of time (five to seven days) and price. Recently, I've been working with other spriters and concept artists to get the assets I need done. Currently I only have enough in my budget for $50 per enemy when taking into account the amount of animations that will be needed and concept art.

    Here is the description that I gave to the freelance artist for reference:
    The monster is a mix between a ghost, raven, and a reaper. The shape of the creature's head should look like a grim reaper's hood. The face and upper torso of the ghost monster will resemble a raven, while its bottom half will be more ghost-like. The monster's body and face will be a midnight blue color, except the beak will be yellow. It has four red eyes and each pair is vertically apart from the other. Half of its skull and a few of its bones from its upper body will be visible. Moreover, part of its beak has been cracked. Protruding out from the creature's arms are long sharp scythe-like blades, one of which is broken. On its upper back are two tan cross bones and its wings are completely broken.

    In my game this enemy turns itself invisible to avoid getting hit. Then after moving for a while, it will attack the player by moving in front of them and swinging its scythe arm (the one without the broken blade). In terms of personality the monster is very cowardly.

    Here is prototype gameplay of the enemy (currently using placeholders from Megaman Battle Network):


    Animations needed:
    Idle
    Attack - Swings scythe arm at the player character. (Four to seven frames minimum)
    Disintegrate - The animation would start like normal hurt animation that would play out if the enemy were hit, then the monster will disintegrate.

    Size: Width: 50px x Height: 60px
    I want the enemy smaller in comparison to some of the other enemies.
