GameMaker Outline shader problem

So i have a outline shader for interactable objects, i have created a new object and gave a new sprite (the sprite has space for the shader to draw over it) but the sprite does not show the outline effect, it strangely works on "old" sprites but all "new" i create don't work, the code is not problem because the object is a child of object x and all other children of object x work, is this a bug or am i retarded and i am not seeing something obvious

i found the *** ***** issue, in the texture groups automatically crop was enabeled
